hksay.com is the public face of a practice that already runs. The consultants on this site are the same engineers who built the products on this site. The services on this site are how we keep both of them alive.

We started building AI infrastructure in 2022 because the abstractions we needed didn't exist. Three years later they do — and we're still the team most teams call when the standard ones fail.
