Do you replace our internal team?
No. We embed with your team — your engineers, your data, your stack. We bring AI-specific knowledge; you bring domain knowledge nobody else has.
How do you price?
Two ways: a weekly rate for embedded consulting (transparent, capped), or a fixed-fee engagement for a defined scope. Both have a stop-condition.
What's the smallest engagement you take?
One week of discovery. We've shipped from a one-week brief; we've also said 'this isn't ready yet' after one week and refunded.
Can you sign an NDA / work in our infra only?
Yes to both. We have a standard mutual NDA; we work in your VPC, your auth, your model endpoints. Your data does not leave your perimeter.
